In this Graham-based class we will practice our relationship to breath, visibility, and gravity, inclusive of personal poetics, through the mechanisms of contraction, release, and spiral.
Geneviève Beth Grady is a performer, maker and educator. She has taught sessionally at Trinity Laban since 2003 and has led workshops across the UK, Europe, Ireland, and Iceland. Her teaching is informed in part by her work with Deborah Hay, and her years of contemplating what Graham as a technique has to offer the contemporary artist.
